We are offering FREE standard shipping for domestic mail orders placed with our Asheville, North Carolina wholesale warehouse until Friday, June 30th, 2023.  Some exclusions do apply like flats and fold up boxes and orders of rough material must be greater than 250 kilos to qualify.   Unfortunately, this shipping offer is restricted to the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states and the District of Columbia).

We are also having a sale on 2nd quality Labradorite from Thursday, June 1st, 2023 until Friday, June 30th, 2023.  Save 20% on shapes to pick and in bags and 25% off full boxes.  Some exclusions do apply like closeout and clearance items.

About Us

Enter the Earth is a purveyor of fine rocks, minerals, and fossils based out of Asheville, North Carolina.  We are one of the largest direct importers of stones from Madagascar.  Our retail store opened in 2002 and we began selling wholesale in 2004.

Tucson, AZ Wholesale Warehouse

Our ~10,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Tucson, Arizona is only open during certain times of the year.  Available dates in April, May, and June are posted on our wholesale calendar.  Qualified wholesale customers are welcome to call 828-318-8607 to check for availability.  Walk-in appointments are discouraged since the warehouse closes periodically when our crew is away at gem shows.

There is a $100.00 minimum for appointments.  Since we do not have a shipping department in Tucson, mail orders are not available from our Arizona location.  Additionally, only pallet sized orders can be shipped to customers after in-person shopping.

Asheville, NC Wholesale Warehouse

Our main ~17,000 sq. ft. warehouse is located just outside of downtown Asheville, North Carolina.  It is open by appointment all year long.  Qualified wholesale customers may schedule a visit Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.  Call 828-318-8607 to check for availability.  Walk-in appointments are discouraged since the warehouse closes periodically when our crew is away at gem shows.  Mail orders are available all year long.

There is a $100.00 minimum at our North Carolina warehouse.

A federal Employer Identification Number (EIN) is insufficient.  Please check out our FAQ to see the paperwork requirements for your state.

Ocean Jasper®

Paul Obeniche discovered the source of Ocean Jasper® in 1999.  He was the mentor of Nader Kawar, the owner of Enter the Earth.  We took over operations of the mine in 2013 when Paul retired and became the trademark owner of the name in 2022.  You can learn more about the geology and history of Ocean Jasper® by reading the article below.
