PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
The prices posted on our website are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and do not include the cost of shipping. Customers with shipping addresses outside of the U.S. are responsible for any import or tax duties that may occur upon final delivery to their country.
While we try our best to make sure that the numbers on our pricing tables are correct, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information. Please contact Stephanie Henry the warehouse manager at stephanie@entertheearth.com or (828) 318-8607 if you believe a product has been posted incorrectly because of a typographical error. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies.
Our prices are subject to change without notice. Price signs and stickers seen in photos may reflect former prices and are no longer valid.
Enter the Earth cannot guarantee the availability of all products displayed on this site. Please contact the wholesale warehouse about our current stock. In an effort to ensure that customers have access to our products, Enter the Earth reserves the right to limit purchases of high demand items.
RETURN POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with something in your order, we want to correct the problem. Please contact Stephanie Henry the warehouse manager to resolve any issues within ten days of the receipt of goods. She can be reached at stephanie@enterthearth.com or (828) 318-8607. We offer refunds to your original form of payment, an exchange, or a credit towards a future purchase. We will pay shipping costs if the return is the result of our error.
While returns are processed within two business days of arriving at our warehouse, it may take three to seven business days for your credit card company to post a credit to your account. We are unable to process mail order returns and exchanges at our trade shows. Please send any returns or exchanges back to our Asheville, NC wholesale warehouse.
USER ACCOUNTS
You must provide Enter the Earth with accurate and complete information when you create an account on our wholesale website. An up-to-date copy of your resale certificate, or your state or country’s equivalent paperwork, is required to purchase products at a wholesale price. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms of Use. This may result in immediate termination of your account.
Since wholesale purchases are intended to be resold, applications from outside the rock, mineral, and fossil trade may be denied. If your business or organization legitimately resells our products, you can appeal by contacting Stephanie Henry the warehouse manager directly at stephanie@entertheearth.com.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access our website. You agree to not disclose your password to a third party. You must notify Stephanie Henry the warehouse manager at stephanie@entertheearth.com or (828) 318-8607 of any breach of security.
TERMINATION
We may terminate your account without prior notice for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate and provisions of these Terms of Use or any applicable laws or regulations. Your right to access the website will cease upon termination.
